Tips on how to avoid these traps

1. Listen to the question carefully. Decide what traits the interviewer might be trying to assess before choosing a story.
2. Tell a real story that involves YOU as the primary actor (no hyptheticals)
3. Practice using a storytelling framework like STAR.
4. Get to the point but expect follow up questions.
