Weekly Targets
- Practice communication during every mock/practice session.
- Pick 1 communication focus for the week.
- Review 2 practice sessions for clarity and structure.
- Reduce rambling by pausing and summarizing.
- Reuse simple phrases that make my thinking easier to follow.
